The “Aging is living” podcast is brought to you by Central Plains Area Agency on Aging - for older adults, family caregivers and anyone interested in embracing aging. Hosted by Amy Arnold and Joe Samaniego who will interview guest speakers and discuss topics of interest to people 60+ including aging well, caregiving, common challenges and continued growth.
