Notice of Intent to Fund
LEGAL NOTICE
The Central Plains Area Agency on Aging (CPAAA) intends to fund various services through Senior Care Act Funds for fiscal year 2026, beginning July 1, 2026, and continuing through June 30, 2027 (with the option of possible two year extension). The services currently funded by Senior Care Act (SCA) include in-home attendant care, homemaker services, personal emergency response services, and a medication management system. Services are provided to individuals 60 years and over who reside in Butler, Harvey, and Sedgwick Counties. If you are interested in receiving an application to become a SCA service provider for our agency, please contact Melisa Torrence, SCA Program Coordinator, at (316) 660-5133 or Melisa.Torrence@sedgwick.gov. We must receive written or email notice of your interest in becoming a SCA service provider no later than noon on March 28th, 2025.
